2） 本次招標所涉及到的產品若非自主研發生產🙆♀️，投標人須提供製造商針對本項目的授權書
Products relating to the tendering without independent research and development production, the bidder shall provide manufacturer for the project authorization
3） 公司資產狀況良好，參加政府沐鸣2活動前3年內在經營活動中沒有重大違法記錄，具有履行合同所必需的設備和專業技術能力🙅🏽🤵🏽♂️；嚴格遵守國家有關的法律法規，依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金，具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計製度
